A gunshot that broke out outside a Pittsburgh church on Friday during a
funeral left at least six people hurt, according to authorities.
In addition to the five other patients being treated for injuries, one victim
who was first listed in critical condition is now in stable condition,
Pittsburgh Police Commander Richard Ford announced at a news conference on
Friday.
According to Ford, at least one person was brought to the city's Children's
Hospital in stable condition.
According to police, two "persons of interest" in relation to the shooting
were held on Friday night. The people detained were not given names by the
authorities, nor were any details provided regarding their alleged connections
to the incident.
ATF agents "are on location assisting," according to the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
